Most mornings the summit is there for ten minutes and gone for an hour. This was one of the ten. I laid the cloud in first, wet into wet, and let the mountain come up through it rather than paint it on top.
The roofs are a few marks of raw sienna and Payne's grey; the bay is the paper.
